PORTLAND, Ore. – Capping off the 2024 women’s soccer season with All-America recognition, Great Northwest Athletic Conference co-Players of the Year
Isabella Muzzolini of Simon Fraser and
Taylor Krueger of Seattle Pacific were both recognized.

Muzzolini, a senior from Maple Ridge, B.C., garnered second-team All-America from the United Soccer Coaches and third-team All-America recognition from the D2 Conference Commissioners Association. Krueger, a junior from Tigard, Ore., was a third-team All-America selection by the USC. It is the first-career All-America honor for each player. Krueger joins a long list of Falcons to have garnered All-America recognition, the most recent of which was second-team USC All-American Sophie Beadle last season. Muzzolini is the second SFU player to earn All-America honors since the school joined the NCAA in 2010, joining 2018 second-team All-American Jenna-lee Baxter.
Leading her team to its second-straight GNAC Championships tournament title, Muzzolini scored six goals and added a team-high six assists, for an average of 0.90 points per game this season. The third-year Red Leaf started 20 matches, with two of her six goals counting as game-winners. Across her career with SFU, Muzzolini played in 58 matches while contributing seven goals and 11 assists for 25 points. She was a three-time all-conference selection, earning second-team in 2022 and first-team in both 2023 and 2024, and was named the 2022 GNAC Newcomer of the Year after transferring from Georgia. Muzzolini helped SFU go 14-4-3 overall this season and tie for second place in the GNAC standings with a league record of 8-3-3 (27 points). The Red Leafs earned their second straight NCAA tournament berth, where their season came to a close with a 2-1 loss to No. 20 Point Loma in the opening round on Nov. 21.
Following a 2023 campaign in which she was named GNAC Newcomer of the Year and honorable mention all-conference, Krueger emerged as one of the top players in the

west region this fall. Starting all 19 matches for the Falcons, Krueger logged six goals and seven assists for an average of 1.00 points per game. She tallied a goal in three consecutive games from Sept. 26-Oct. 3 and had a pair of multi-assist games as well. Krueger’s lone game-winning goal came in a 2-1 victory at Montana State Billings on Sept. 26. The forward helped the Falcons to another successful season, going 9-3-7 overall, tying for second in the GNAC at 7-1-6 in league play (27 points) and advancing to their 12th consecutive GNAC Championships tournament. With one season of eligibility left, Krueger has totaled 10 goals and 12 assists for 32 points in her 41 matches played at Seattle Pacific. She was a unanimous first-team all-conference selection and a first-team all-region pick this season.
The USC All-America team is voted on by Division II coaches, while the D2CCA All-America team is selected by members of the media at Division II member institutions.
