PORTLAND, Ore. – The top academic performers among Great Northwest Athletic Conference women’s soccer teams were recognized on Wednesday, with 88 names appearing on the 2025 academic all-conference list presented by Barnes & Noble College.
Among the selections were three seniors to earn the honor for the fourth time in their careers. The trio included
Casey Park of Central Washington, who holds a 3.65 grade point average in accounting,
Rose Ivanis of Saint Martin’s, who has a 3.76 GPA in exercise science and
Bella Lopez of Western Oregon, who holds a 3.49 GPA in interdisciplinary studies.
A total of eight players posted perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point averages to top the list. That group included Central Washington’s
Carmen Anderson (So., undeclared), and
Peyton Wilson (So., elementary education), Saint Martin’s
Grace Russell (Sr., education), Seattle Pacific’s
Maddie Cooke (So., physiology),
Maya Parman (Sr., nursing) and
Ashlyn Valdovinos (Jr., nursing), and Western Washington’s
Morgan Manalili (Sr., math/computer science) and
Kascia Muscutt (Sr., kinesiology).
Western Washington’s 16 all-academic selections were the most among the league’s eight programs, while Central Washington and Seattle Pacific each had 15 selections to the list.
To qualify for academic all-conference, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20, must be in at least their second season competing for their team and must have competed on the field during the 2025 campaign.
