WBB places 55 on academic all-GNAC list

PORTLAND, Ore. – A total of 55 women’s basketball student-athletes earned Great Northwest Athletic Conference academic all-conference presented by Barnes & Noble College for the 2024-25 season as the conference announced its award winners on Wednesday.
 
Among the list of selections were four seniors who held perfect 4.0 grade point averages and received the honor for the fourth time in their careers. Dyauni Boyce and Kortney Nelson of Montana State Billings, Destiny Reimers of Alaska Fairbanks and Hunter Beirne of Seattle Pacific each earned recognition for the fourth consecutive season to headline the list.
 
All 10 of the conference’s schools were represented by at least one all-academic recipient, while Central Washington and Northwest Nazarene leading the way with nine selections each.
 
To qualify for academic all-conference, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20, must be in at least their second season competing for their team and must have competed on the field during the 2024-25 campaign.
