PORTLAND, Ore. – The latest episode of GNAC Insider, the official podcast of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, featuring Western Oregon Men's Soccer's Abe Villalobos was released on Friday.

A member of the original Western Oregon soccer team, senior forward Abe Villalobos shares his story of his four year journey at Western Oregon, including overcoming an unexpected health scare that nearly ended his soccer career.

  GNAC Insider is an on-demand podcast that airs periodically throughout the 2025-26 academic year and is hosted by GNAC digital media and marketing assistant Lindsey Knight. New episodes are released on Fridays, with the podcast aimed at delving into the lives of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators both on and off the playing fields.
