PORTLAND, Ore. – The latest episode of GNAC Insider, the official podcast of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, featuring Simon Fraser Track and Field's Emma Cannan, was released on Friday.


Accomplished sprinter Emma Cannan from Simon Fraser University discusses what life was like growing up in British Columbia, including playing hockey, her passion outside of sports, her success so far, and what she's looking forward to at the upcoming 2026 GNAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.  
 
GNAC Insider is an on-demand podcast that airs periodically throughout the 2025-26 academic year and is hosted by GNAC digital media and marketing assistant Lindsey Knight. New episodes are released on Fridays, with the podcast aimed at delving into the lives of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators both on and off the playing fields.
