PORTLAND, Ore. – The top students among Great Northwest Athletic Conference men’s track & field teams were recognized on Tuesday with the release of the 2026 academic all-conference team presented by Barnes & Noble College.

In total, 118 men’s track & field student-athletes qualified for inclusion with representatives from all nine GNAC schools that compete in the sport. Among the list were four seniors who earned the rare distinction of their fourth consecutive mention on the all-academic team. Included in that group were Aiden Good of Simon Fraser (3.28 GPA, business administration/economics), Easton Pomrankey of Western Oregon (3.75 GPA, computer science), Jonah Bloom of Western Washington (3.54 GPA, kinesiology), and Sean Witters of WWU (3.47 GPA, manufacturing engineering).

Eight student-athletes led the way each with a perfect 4.0 grade point average. The top marks belonged to Central Washington’s Ethan Moore (So., applied mathematics), Northwest Nazarene’s Laurenz Waldbauer (Sr., MBA), Saint Martin’s Zachary Mandlin (Sr., psychology), Alaska Anchorage’s Alan Szewcyk (So., finance) and John Peckham (Sr., management), and Western Washington’s Tristan Bahm (So., biochemistry), Anders Norman (Sr., kinesiology), Eli Williams (So., kinesiology) and TJ Parnow (Sr., energy science & technology).

Western Washington headlined the list with a conference-leading 33 all-academic selections. To qualify for academic all-conference, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20, must be in at least their second season competing for their team and must have competed during the 2025-26 campaign.
