PORTLAND, Ore. – Announcing the return of its podcast on Friday, the Great Northwest Athletic Conference unveiled the newest episode of GNAC Insider which features Central Washington volleyball head coach Mario Andaya and preseason player of the year Tia Andaya.

The Wildcats, who were unanimously selected to win the conference in the preseason coaches poll, begin their 2023 campaign on Aug. 31 against MSU Denver. Andaya is coming off a 2022 season that saw her break the GNAC career record for triple-doubles with 12, and was voted by the coaches as the GNAC Preseason Player of the Year.
