PORTLAND, Ore. – The latest episode of GNAC Insider, the official podcast of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, featuring Western Washington Cross Country's Jonah Billings and Jill Philbin was released on Friday.


Jonah and Jill join the podcast and discuss how they manage a busy competition schedule, the resources around them that have helped them succeed, and their mindset and goals heading into the GNAC Championships meet. 

GNAC Insider is an on-demand podcast that airs periodically throughout the 2025-26 academic year and is hosted by GNAC digital media and marketing assistant Lindsey Knight. New episodes are released on Fridays, with the podcast aimed at delving into the lives of student-athletes, coaches, and administrators both on and off the playing fields.
